The £200 setup fee is a one-time payment that covers the design, development, and launch of your website. This includes all the creative work, coding, and initial setup.

The £40/month hosting fee covers ongoing services including secure hosting, SSL certificate, daily backups, technical support, security updates, and minor content changes. This ensures your website stays online, secure, and up-to-date.

The Starter Package includes up to 5 pages. This typically includes:

• Home page
• About Us page
• Services page
• Portfolio/Gallery page
• Contact page

If you need more pages, we can upgrade you to our Professional or Ultra packages.

Yes! We aim to deliver your website within 24 hours on weekdays, provided we have all the necessary content and materials from you (text, images, logo, etc.).

This is one of our key differentiators - while traditional agencies take weeks or months, we've streamlined our process to get you online fast without compromising on quality.

All packages require a minimum 12-month hosting commitment at £40/month. This ensures we can provide the best value and service while recouping the initial development investment.

After 12 months, your contract continues on a rolling month-to-month basis, and you can cancel with just 30 days notice if needed.

Minor content updates (text changes, image swaps, contact details) are included in your monthly hosting fee - just email us and we'll make the changes for you, usually within 24 hours.

For larger updates or new features, we can provide a quote. This ensures your website always looks professional and nothing breaks.

Yes! After completing your 12-month contract and all payments, you own:

• All written content and copy
• Your domain name (registered in your name)
• Any custom logos we designed

However, the website must remain hosted with us to function properly - it cannot be exported or transferred to another platform.
